1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 75pkr, logging into an existing account, or placing any wager or game stake on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You accept these Terms & Conditions without reservation or modification.
• You meet all eligibility requirements as described in Section 2.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

These Terms & Conditions, read together with the 75pkr Privacy Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms, form the complete agreement between you and 75pkr with respect to the platform and its services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the matter in question only.

75pkr reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with Section 13. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and operate a 75pkr account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 75pkr is a strictly 21+ platform and enforces this requirement without exception. Registering with a false date of birth constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on 75pkr. If you already hold an account, you are not permitted to register a second account under any name, email address, or payment method.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be under a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed on 75pkr or via any third-party responsible gaming registry — at the time of registration or any subsequent login.
5. Not a Restricted Person: Employees of 75pkr, its affiliates, software providers, and payment processors, along with their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 75pkr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) details. 75pkr strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all accounts.

You must notify 75pkr's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials. 75pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The following account management rules apply to all 75pkr players:

• Account details — including name, date of birth, and CNIC — may not be changed after registration without formal KYC re-verification.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting 75pkr support. Pending bonus requirements must be resolved before closure is finalised unless you are invoking a responsible gaming self-exclusion, in which case the account will be closed immediately.
• 75pkr may suspend or lock any account that shows signs of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multiple account operation, or any other policy violation pending investigation.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an administration fee and eventual closure in accordance with 75pkr's dormancy policy in effect at the time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

75pkr processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following rules govern all financial transactions on 75pkr:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on 75pkr is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to applicable payment method caps.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your 75pkr balance within seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take between 15 minutes and 2 business hours depending on the sending institution.
• 75pkr does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account holder differs from the 75pkr account holder — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed by 75pkr's payments team around the clock. Mobile wallet (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• All outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus-linked balance.
• 75pkr reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Requests that cannot be verified may be declined until documentation is provided.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, subject to applicable method limits and availability.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

75pkr offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.
• Minimum Odds: Free bet and matched bet promotions typically require qualifying wagers to be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or above. Specific odds minimums are stated per promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses that are not activated or used within the specified validity period will expire automatically without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on a 75pkr account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may extend the existing wagering requirement.
• Abuse Detection: 75pkr employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements, coordinated account activity, and systematic exploitation of reload offers. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonuses cancelled and may be permanently excluded from future promotional activity.

75pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotional offer is found to have been published in error, 75pkr may void associated bets and reverse bonus credits without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting activity on 75pkr — including cricket markets, PSL match betting, in-play wagers, and outright tournament markets — is governed by the following rules:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the system, except in cases where 75pkr exercises its right to void markets as described below.
• 75pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to match-fixing, result manipulation, or where the outcome was known to the bettor at the time of placement.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the correct market price due to a system error, 75pkr reserves the right to settle bets at the correct price or void them at its sole discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. These are published in the sportsbook terms and may be updated periodically.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 75pkr does not influence or interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer or game host announces the outcome. No disputes regarding live game outcomes will be entertained after the result has been confirmed on screen.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75pkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker-style games, or deliberately influence live dealer results.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform without human input.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price differences between 75pkr and other platforms to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; providing false identity documents; or otherwise deceiving 75pkr staff or systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the 75pkr platform to cycle, cleanse, or transfer funds of illicit origin.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used on the platform. Chargeback fraud will be prosecuted.
• Hacking & Interference: Attempting to access unauthorised areas of the 75pkr system, introducing malicious code, or disrupting platform infrastructure in any way.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 75pkr platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 75pkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Use the 75pkr brand, logo, or any associated trademark in any promotional material without written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 75pkr intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data

75pkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the 75pkr Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

In summary, 75pkr collects personal data — including your name, CNIC, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity — for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC).
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulatory obligations.
• Personalisation of the gaming experience and targeted promotional communications.
• Platform security, fraud detection, and dispute resolution.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75pkr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if 75pkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access due to technical failures, maintenance, regulatory action, or events beyond 75pkr's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your own negligent use of the platform, including failure to secure your account credentials or failure to set appropriate responsible gaming limits.
• The accuracy or completeness of odds, statistics, or match data displayed on the platform, which are provided for informational purposes only.

In any event, 75pkr's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

75pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations that require 75pkr to cease providing services to a specific player or jurisdiction.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third-party referral (e.g., family member) through the responsible gaming process.

Upon termination, 75pkr will return any verified real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) to the registered payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe, unless the termination is due to confirmed fraud, AML concerns, or regulatory instruction, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days, subject to resolution of any pending withdrawal or wagering requirement.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, bet settlement, bonus award, or account action, you must follow the 75pkr dispute resolution process as follows:
